These Terms & Conditions govern the use of:

  • The Service Inn website

  • Bookings and stays at our service apartments, including Abhyudayam inside Manyata Tech Park

  • Travel and stay management services

  • Tailored serviced apartments, flats, or bungalows provided for corporate and individual clients

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Use of Website

  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or error-free content.

  • Unauthorized use of the website, including data extraction, scraping, or misuse, is prohibited.

3. Booking Terms

3.1 Reservation Confirmation
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon written or email confirmation from Service Inn.

  • Rates, availability, and terms may vary depending on location, season, and corporate agreements.

3.2 Check-in / Check-out
  • Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated during booking.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.3 Identification
  • Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests during check-in.

  • Foreign guests must submit passport, visa, and C-Form information as per Indian legal requirements.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or as per corporate agreements.

  • Invoices may be issued both digitally (with signature) and in hard copy.

  • Delayed payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

5.1 Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in time to avoid charges.

5.2 Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in, subject to availability.

​

5.3 No-Show
  • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

6. Guest Responsibilities

 

Guests are expected to:

  • Maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to the property.

  • Respect neighbors and avoid loud noise or disruptive behavior.

  • Use appliances, furniture, and amenities responsibly.

  • Follow safety instructions and security policies.

Any intentional or accidental damage may be billed to the guest or corporate client.

7. Property Rights & Restrictions

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (if applicable).

  • Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  • Pets are allowed only if explicitly approved at the time of booking.

  • Subletting or sharing the apartment with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.

8. Service Modifications

 

Service Inn reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services

  • Change pricing or terms

  • Update amenities or features

  • Temporarily suspend operations for maintenance or upgrades

We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Service Inn is not liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Guest negligence or misuse of property

  • Injuries resulting from unsafe or irresponsible behavior

  • Unfortunate death due to guest negligence or suicide

  • Delays, interruptions, or errors caused by unavoidable circumstances (natural events, power outages, etc.)

 

We maintain reasonable safety and security standards but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel bookings

  • Remove a guest

  • Terminate a corporate agreement

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and specifically under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
